The Champagne Special Cuvée of the Champagne Bollinger winery is born in vineyards cultivated on the hills of Aÿ, in the French Champagne region.
It is produced 60% with Pinot Noir grapes, 25% with Chardonnay grapes and 15% with Pinot Meunier grapes. The wine is aged in oak barrels and aged in the cellar for more than double the time required by the denomination.
