The Langhe DOC Baccanera Lo Zoccolaio comes from four different red grape varieties: Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The grapes are vinified separately, and the blend obtained is aged in barrique for 18 months, necessary to make it acquire the complexity and softness that characterize it.

In the glass the fruity aromas of plum and red fruits chase each other with more spicy notes, anticipating a full and fruity taste, with a long and satisfying finish.

The Langhe DOC Baccanera Lo Zoccolaio is an interesting blend of hand-selected Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Each grape is vinified separately and only after the blending of the different wines is it aged in barrique for 18 months, before bottling.

The intense ruby red color anticipates fruity aromas of plum and berries, notes of hay and spice, and a fresh taste with a pleasant non-invasive tannic note, with a long and satisfying finish.
