The Brachetto d'Acqui Le Fronde by Fontanafredda comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Acqui Terme, in the province of Alessandria.
It comes only from Brachetto grapes, harvested in the second ten days of September. After a soft pressing and a short cold maceration, the must ferments in a pressurized tank at a controlled low temperature until the desired alcohol content is reached.

This Brachetto d'Acqui originates from small vineyards facing east, located on limestone soils at an altitude of 150–200 meters above sea level.

The Braida Brachetto d'Acqui was born in vineyards located in the province of Alessandria, in the heart of the Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG.
It is obtained only from Brachetto grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins for 36-48 hours, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After the fermentation in pressurized tanks for a few days, the wine ages for a few weeks in the bottle before being placed on the market.
