The wine is composed of a blend of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (20%), Pinot Meunier (20%) as well as 20-40% reserve wines. Once in the cellar, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine then ages on the lees for 18-24 months.
