Sauvignon Blanc from the Lafòa di Colterenzio line comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Cornaiano, in the province of Bolzano.

Fermentation takes place, with brief maceration, partly in stainless steel tanks, partly in temperature-controlled barriques.
