The Rosa Regale by Banfi comes from grapes that come from the vineyards of the La Rosa estate, located in the municipality of Acqui Terme, in the heart of the historic area of Brachetto d'Acqui.

It is obtained entirely with Brachetto grapes, subjected to a short maceration at low temperature. Second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank, according to the Charmat Method, inside the cellars of Strevi.

The Brachetto d'Acqui by Gancia is a sweet sparkling wine made from Brachetto grapes, an aromatic variety typical of Piedmont. Its vinification involves a light maceration of the skins to extract color and characteristic aromas.

The must ferments partially until it reaches a low alcohol content and is then kept at a controlled temperature before the second fermentation. The slow refermentation occurs in large containers according to the Martinotti Method.

The Braida Brachetto d'Acqui was born in vineyards located in the province of Alessandria, in the heart of the Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG.

It is obtained only from Brachetto grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration on the skins for 36-48 hours, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
