Telmo Rodriguez's Toro Gago G is its most representative wine from the Toro area, the result of a careful selection of 21 plots since 1998.

It comes from Tinta de Toro grapes harvested manually in boxes. Fermentation takes place in oak and stainless steel barrels. This is followed by 14 months of aging in French oak barrels of various sizes, which helps to further refine the complexity and structure of the wine.

El Bos is a red wine produced in the Toro region, in the province of Zamora, Castile and Leon, and is made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes. The grapes used come from the best vineyards of the bodega, with plants aged between 30 and 45 years.

The winemaking process includes a 4-month refinement in barrique. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to enhance the varietal characteristics of the grapes.
