Joseph Drouhin's Moulin-a-Vent is a red wine produced in the Beaujolais region, in the towns of Chénas and Romanèche-Thorins, between the Rhône and Saône-et-Loire departments. This wine is made exclusively from Gamay grapes, a grape variety typical of the area and particularly suited to the region's pink granite and manganese-rich soil. The appellation takes its name from an old 15th-century windmill, a historical monument that dominates the local wine landscape.

The Morgon Cuvée Gaudet by Hospices de Beaujeu is produced in the municipality of Villié-Morgon, in the heart of the Rhône, specifically in the center of the 10 crus of Beaujolais.

It is made exclusively with Gamay grapes, processed following a traditional winemaking method. The long fermentation takes place with maceration in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks. The wine always ages in steel for 8-10 months.
