The Je T'Aime red wine by Olivier Coste belongs to the "Stars" line and was born in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Olivier Coste comes from a family of winemakers who have owned the Domaine Montrose in Pézenas since 1700.

The wine is made up exclusively of Carignan Noir grapes, which are destemmed and then macerated briefly with the Grenache skins. After pressing, fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
