Le Prélat de Pape Clément white wine is produced by Château Bernard Magrez in vineyards located in Communes de Cérons, Illats and Podensac.
The wine is a blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle. The whole bunches are softly pressed in an inert atmosphere. The must is placed in barrels, where fermentation takes place.
