Bruschetta is the quintessential symbol of Italian-style antipasti and aperitivo, born of rural tradition to make the most of day-old bread, toasted and rubbed with garlic and oil. Among the freshest and most popular versions stands the classic with tomato, basil and extra-virgin olive oil, whose tangy, fruity taste pairs perfectly with the freshness of a Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, a structured, lively rosé.
