It is made up of pure Nebbiolo grapes, which are destemmed and pressed. The must is vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks with a 15-day maceration. The aging takes place in large oak barrels for 9 months.

Ruby red in color with garnet shades, it expresses itself on the nose with aromas of red fruit and spices. The sip is soft, round and with delicate tannins.

It goes well with game and mature cheeses.

The Langhe DOC Baccanera Lo Zoccolaio is an interesting blend of hand-selected Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Each grape is vinified separately and only after the blending of the different wines is it aged in barrique for 18 months, before bottling.
