Description

La Dama's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a dry red wine, both elegant and powerful, representing the Valpolicella area and its most prestigious tradition. It is made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes from mature vineyards, offering concentration, depth, and great expressive balance.

The grapes are harvested in crates and left to dry for about 100 days, thereby concentrating aromas and structure. After pressing, fermentation takes place in cement vats with a long maceration, followed by 36 months of aging in oak barrels and further refinement in the bottle.

In appearance, it shows an intense ruby color with garnet hues. On the nose, it reveals floral aromas of peony and rose, followed by spirit-soaked cherries, dried red plums, cloves, and licorice. On the palate, it is warm, enveloping, and deep, with velvety tannins and a pleasant balsamic freshness.

It pairs perfectly with rich and flavorful dishes such as game, braised meats, and slow-cooked meats.
