Description

Enzo Bartoli's Barbaresco is born in the heart of Piedmont, on predominantly limestone soils that give Nebbiolo a softer and more elegant expression compared to other areas of the Langhe. Considered one of the most aristocratic wines of the region, it represents a historic and prestigious denomination, capable of expressing finesse, longevity, and a strong territorial identity.

The production involves a harvest carried out between the end of September and the beginning of October, followed by an aging process of at least two years, part of which takes place in wood, contributing to the development of aromatic complexity and structure. This path allows the wine to evolve harmoniously, maintaining balance and depth.

In the glass it displays a red color that evolves towards garnet hues. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet combining fruity notes of raspberry jam and red fruit with floral hints of violet and geranium, accompanied by sweet spices, balsamic notes, and toasted nuances. On the palate, it is elegant and persistent, with a refined structure and harmonious balance.

It pairs perfectly with traditional Piedmontese dishes, game, roasts, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.
