Description

The Barbera d'Asti Rossofuoco comes from the vineyards of the Piedmontese winery Vite Colte, located in the heart of the Asti hills.

Made entirely from Barbera grapes, this wine undergoes the classic red wine vinification process before being bottled and spending a short period resting in glass.

It displays a deep ruby red color. The nose reveals intriguing vinous sensations, accompanied by fruity notes of plum and cherry. On the palate, it shows good body and excellent acidity, which make it easy to drink and absolutely irresistible.

Best enjoyed in its early years, this Barbera d'Asti is perfect with appetizers, mixed cured meats, and not overly elaborate red meat dishes.
