Description
Enzo Bartoli's Barolo originates in the Langhe region, on sedimentary and marine soils with a calcareous-clay component, ideal conditions for producing wines of great structure and longevity. Made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, it represents one of the highest expressions of Italian winemaking, a symbol of tradition, elegance, and international prestige.
The harvest takes place in the first weeks of October, followed by a long aging process that allows the wine to develop complexity and harmony. This process enhances the robust structure of Barolo, making it a wine capable of evolving over time while maintaining balance and depth.
In the glass, it displays a ruby red color tending towards garnet. On the nose, notes of spices, licorice, and red fruits emerge, accompanied by evolved nuances. On the palate, it is full, robust, and elegant, with a significant structure and a long, enveloping persistence.
It pairs perfectly with roasted meats and dishes enriched with truffle.
