Description
The Bk represents one of the Classic beers produced by the L'Olmaia Brewery and is inspired by the traditional Dry Stout, queens of the Anglo-Saxon brasserie panorama.
The Bk is the black one of the Olmaia Brewery. The nose offers a scent of toasted malt, flanked by a good hopped aroma. In the mouth it is of good complexity with strong hints of coffee, licorice and bitter chocolate. The aftertaste comes herbaceous and of good persistence.
To better taste the Bk of L'Olmaia Brewery, it can be offered combined with grilled and roasted meat dishes.
