Description

The Brut Nature Sparkling Wine Moltó Negre from Casa Rojo is produced in vineyards located in Villafranca del Penedès, a town in the Catalonia region lying between Barcelona and Terranova.

It is made entirely from Trepat grapes, harvested in the third week of September. After the classic winemaking processes, the sparkling is achieved through secondary fermentation in the bottle, following the "champenoise" method, with aging on its lees for 9 months.

It features an onion skin pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it displays a sweet aroma of strawberry and pastry, enriched with a distinctive Mediterranean note. On the palate, it offers a pleasant and lively freshness accompanied by a lingering flavor.

Ideal to serve during aperitifs and starters, it pairs perfectly with biscuits and pastries.
