Description

The White Top Premier Cru by Heidsieck & Co. Monopole is an elegant, refined Champagne Brut Premier Cru, crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The cuvée combines structure, finesse and freshness, expressing a harmonious, sophisticated style, suited both as an aperitif and at the table.

The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method, followed by at least three years of ageing on the lees. This maturation period fosters the development of aromatic complexity, creaminess and persistence, while retaining balance and lightness.

In the glass it shows a pale golden yellow colour with crystalline highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet opens with delicate floral aromas of acacia and hawthorn, followed by white peach, nectarine and notes of brioche; on the palate it is harmonious, balanced and generous, with a long, persistent finish marked by elegant nuances of vanilla.

Ideal as an aperitif and an elegant match for seafood, shellfish and fish tartare.
