Description

This Blanc de Blancs from Marie-Le Brun is produced with only Chardonnay grapes harvested only from the Premier Cru vineyards of Champagne.

It has a golden yellow color with light greenish reflections, a creamy foam and a delicate and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses a large and complex bouquet, which insists on notes of hazelnut, anise and licorice. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with a pleasant mineral trace.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect with fish-based risotto.
