Description

The Champagne Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru of Billecart-Salmon is entirely composed of Chardonnay grapes, coming from only Grand Cru vineyards: Avize, Choully, Cramant and Le-Mesnil. The vinification takes place separately for the different grapes in small wooden barrels for 3 weeks.

It has a sparkling golden yellow color. The nose releases delicious and persuasive citrus notes, accompanied by pleasant sensations of hazelnuts. On the palate it is rich, deep and balanced, with a chiseled and persistent finish.

Excellent in combination with fish and shellfish, it goes very well with refined risotto and high quality sliced meats.
