Description

The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Arcane V Le Pape by Xavier Vignon is a wine produced with 100% Grenache, coming from 15 parcels located on different soils of the appellation, including galets roulés, limestones and clays. The harvest is manual and the manipulation of the grapes is minimal.

The vinification takes place in tanks, with a 60-month refinement in hyper-reduction using the Vinarium® technique, where the wine is placed in barriques immersed in concrete tanks.

The wine has a dark red with garnet reflections, with notes of crushed flowers, black fruit and wild berries. On the palate it offers silky tannins, good acidity and a long and delicious finish.

Perfect to accompany roasted game dishes or mature cheeses.
