Description
Malenchini's Chianti Superiore originates in the Antella area, in the province of Florence, from Sangiovese and Pugnitello grapes grown in the estate's best vineyards, cultivated on loamy-clay soils.
Once the grape clusters are handpicked, they are crushed and the must is fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in oak barrels.
In the glass, it displays a beautiful intense red color with violet highlights. The nose offers a pleasant aromatic combination of fruity and floral notes of violet, primarily resulting from the choice of grape varieties. On the palate, it is a triumph of structure, balance, and harmony.
Perfect paired with red meats, especially beef or veal.
