Description
The Giare Amarone grappa is produced from the precious pomace of Amarone distilled in a water bath in a discontinuous alembic still, in the historic site of Marzadro in Nogaredo.
The refinement of the distillate lasts a total of 36 months in small 500-liter oak barrels, where the role of the master distiller who controls its scents and aromas throughout the refinement process is fundamental.
The result is a grappa with wide and decisive aromas of wood, which in the mouth reveals itself to be decisive albeit velvety and of extraordinary persistence.Excellent to serve smooth as the conclusion of an important dinner.
