Description

Maèntu Vermentino Spumante Brut is a Sardinian white sparkling wine made from Vermentino grapes, an elegant, Mediterranean expression of the island’s maritime character.

The grapes are vinified as a white wine and then undergo secondary fermentation, with a process aimed at preserving freshness, aromatic fragrance and the finesse of the perlage.

On the nose it releases aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers and subtle saline notes; the palate is fresh, taut and pleasantly dry, with a creamy mousse, pronounced minerality and a clean, Mediterranean finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs with mixed fried small fish, Sardinian-style tuna tartare and seafood dishes.
