Description
Grace Wine's Grace Koshu was born in vineyards located in Katsunuma, in the Japanese prefecture of Yamanashi.
It is produced entirely with Koshu grapes. Fermentation and aging take place in steel tanks, with the wine remaining on the lees for 5 months before bottling.
Grace Koshu by Grace Wine has a pale lemon yellow color with green undertones. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with hints of green apple and white peach, enriched with notes of fig leaves and white pepper. On the palate it is dry and soft, sweetly fruity and with a refreshing acidity.
It goes very well with all Japanese dishes.
