Description

Grace Wine's Grace Koshu is born in vineyards located in Katsunuma, in the Japanese prefecture of Yamanashi.

The winemaking process is carried out with extreme care to preserve the distinctive characteristics of the Koshu grape. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in stainless steel to maintain the freshness and purity of the fruit. Aging on the lees adds complexity and depth to the wine, enhancing the aromatic notes and giving elegance to the sip. Careful management of the vineyards and manual selection of the bunches guarantee the highest quality.

Grace Koshu stands out for its pale straw color and delicate aromatic bouquet, with hints of citrus, peach and jasmine. On the palate, it offers a fresh, delicate and clean taste, with a light minerality that reflects the terroir of Katsunuma. The balance between acidity and floral fragrance makes it a versatile and refined wine, capable of surprising with its elegance and complexity.

This wine is ideal when paired with Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi and tempura, but it also pairs well with fish and fresh vegetable dishes, enhancing their flavours with its freshness and finesse.
