Description

Brunilde di Menzione's Primitivo di Manduria is a red wine made from Primitivo grapes grown in Puglia, one of the most representative areas for this variety. The denomination highlights the expressive intensity and aromatic richness typical of the region, resulting in a wine with great personality and appeal.

The winemaking process is focused on preserving the varietal characteristics of Primitivo, enhancing its smoothness and structure. Production techniques aim to achieve a balanced and harmonious wine, capable of best expressing the generosity of the Apulian territory.

Intense ruby red in color, it offers a bouquet rich in ripe fruit, with notes of cherry and plum enriched by elegant spicy hints. On the palate, it is smooth and well balanced, with silky tannins, good structure, and a harmonious, persistent finish.

Excellent with roast meats, grilled preparations, and flavorful first courses from Mediterranean tradition.
