Description

The Prosecco Millesimato Brut of Bosco del Merlo was born in the vineyards of the Venetian company, located within the Prosecco DOC.

It is produced entirely with Glera grapes, harvested at night when fully ripe and meticulously selected. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclaves, at a controlled temperature of 16°C, according to the Charmat method, and ages on the lees for 60 days.

It is characterized by a brilliant straw yellow color and a soft and subtle perlage. The nose opens with elegant fruity aromas of green apple and pear, with delicate nuances of wisteria and acacia. On the palate it is dry and dry, with a refined complexity that accompanies towards a rightly persistent finish.

This Prosecco is perfect for the aperitif moment, also suitable for fish dishes and light vegetable-based dishes.
