Description
Paladin's Prosecco Dry comes from the vineyards of the great Venetian company, located in the famous Prosecco DOC.
This sparkling wine is made exclusively from Glera grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand. It is sparkling from Paladin with a long and slow process, to ensure a fine and soft perlage on the palate.
Pale straw yellow in color, this Prosecco offers a marked broad perfume, reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers. In the mouth it shows a silky softness, balanced by a good acid component and a decidedly satisfying general harmony.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it finds excellent companions in fish appetizers and light maritime dishes. Special to accompany dessert and dry pastries.
