Description

This Primitivo is produced by Botter, a company dedicated since 1928 to the production of iconic Italian wines.

The Primitivo grapes are vinified using the traditional "submerged cap" method, with maceration lasting 12-15 days at a controlled temperature (max 25°C). The wine is aged both in stainless steel and in barrels.

Deep purple in color, the wine reveals aromas of cherry and plum jam, along with notes of tobacco, coffee, and vanilla. On the palate, it is well-structured, with silky tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Perfect paired with roasted and grilled meats.
