Description
Colección Vivanco Parcelas de Garnacha is a red wine from Rioja made from Garnacha grapes sourced from two distinct vineyards, located in the areas of Tudelilla and Villamediana. This wine is born from the desire to express the varietal purity and the identity of each individual terroir, offering an elegant and intense interpretation of this historic grape variety.
The winemaking process includes manual harvesting in small crates and separate fermentations for each parcel, with cold maceration and the use of natural yeasts. The wine is then aged for a long period in French oak barrels of different capacities, keeping in contact with the fine lees to develop complexity and structure.
In the glass, it shows a deep cherry red color. On the nose, it reveals notes of red fruits such as currant and raspberry, accompanied by herbal, floral, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with good roundness and a long, delicate finish.
It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, stews, and cheeses.
