Sgrappa is a signature grappa that breaks the mold, made from Nebbiolo grape pomace, with a contemporary and original personality. Designed not only for the classic after-dinner sip, it can be enjoyed neat, but it stands out above all for its mixability, in coffee and in the most sophisticated cocktails.
It is born from the distillation of Nebbiolo grape pomace, which defines its aromatic starting point and a distinctive personality compared with more conventional grappas.
The aromatic profile is intense, with notes of red fruits and raisins; on the palate, fruity and floral sensations emerge, accompanied by nuances of honey and sage, while the finish is long and dry, with persistent echoes of raisins.
Ideal to enjoy neat after a meal, in coffee, or as a distinctive ingredient for cocktails and signature drinks.
