Description

The Frappato delle Tenute Orestiadi comes from the vineyards cultivated on the red earth of the gentle reliefs of the Trapani hinterland, mainly made up of silt and clay.

It is obtained through a traditional red winemaking process, followed by aging in steel for 4 months and for another 8-10 months in French oak tonneaux. Then complete the refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.

It has a bright red color with light purple hues. The nose is fresh and enveloping, with tones of violet and red fruits. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with a beautiful freshness, with a velvety and persistent finish.

It is suitable for combinations with grilled red meats and traditional Sicilian first courses such as spaghetti alla Norma. Also suitable for medium-aged cheeses.
