Description
Mionetto Avantgarde Collection Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry is a sparkling wine produced in the Prosecco DOC Treviso area from Glera grapes, created to express a fresh, light and straightforward style, ideal to be served young at a temperature of 6-8°C in a flute glass.
The production process involves white vinification with gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, a technique that preserves the grape’s aromatic fragrance and the delightful liveliness of the perlage.
On the nose, it offers a fragrant and harmonious bouquet, with hints of flowers, fruit, honey, acacia and apricot; on the palate it is soft yet dry, with a balanced interplay of freshness, aromatic delicacy, and the roundness typical of the Extra Dry style.
Perfect as an aperitif and for convivial moments, it pairs well with light appetizers, finger food, delicate fish dishes and fresh vegetable-based preparations.
