Description
Soplo Tinto is produced in the heart of the Valencia region, in the area of Fontanars. This wine comes from vineyards located at 700 meters above sea level, grown on sandy soils without irrigation. The grapes come from vines about twenty years old and include indigenous varieties such as Garnacha, Monastrell and Forcallà, an authentic expression of the Spanish territory.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with 10% of stems and fermentation conducted at 22°C for 12 days. The maturation continues for 14 months in large oak barrels, while part of the wine ages in cement containers, helping to maintain freshness and aromatic purity.
It has a brilliant and intense cherry-red color. The nose reveals elegant, fruity aromas with a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance, with silky yet fleshy tannins, accompanied by abundant mature fruit flavors.
Ideal paired with pasta dishes, white meats, tapas, and salads.
