Description

La Dama's Valpolicella Classico is a fresh, genuine, and straightforward red wine, a sincere expression of the native grapes of Valpolicella. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone, and Molinara, it elegantly conveys the natural appeal of the region.

The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed on the same evening as harvest, then transferred to cement vats for fermentation. After about 10 days, the wine continues to rest in cement for 7 months, preserving its freshness, delicacy, and aromatic finesse.

Visually, it displays a vibrant ruby color. The aromatic profile evokes red currants, morello cherries, and raspberries, accompanied by a balsamic note of black pepper; the palate is savory, fresh, and elegant, with a pleasant acidity that supports the sip and enhances its drinkability.

It's ideal with pasta with meat sauce, cured meats, and cheese appetizers.
