Description

The Rosé Brut 50 Mesi from Terrazze dell’Etna is a sparkling wine produced on the north-western slope of Mount Etna, in the territory of Randazzo, made from Pinot Noir and Nerello Mascalese grapes cultivated on volcanic soils. The soil and climate conditions and high altitude contribute to defining a complex and mineral style.

Vinification follows the Traditional Method with a short maceration and gentle pressing, followed by controlled temperature fermentation and a long period of aging on the lees that imparts greater aromatic depth and structure.

It shows a pale pink color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it is broad, complex, and elegant, with notes of bread crust and hints of toasted almond. On the palate, it is persistent and balanced, with significant structure and pronounced minerality.

It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats.
