Description
Ca 'Nova's Jad'Or Rosé sparkling wine is born in vineyards located in the north of Piedmont, in the municipality of Ghemme.
It is produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, which are vinified following the rules of the Metodo Classico. The minimum aging on the lees is 24 months.
It is characterized by an onion skin pink colour and a fine perlage. The nose opens with aromas of fresh red fruit and bread crust. The taste is fresh and lively, with a good persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes well with raw fish appetizers or cured meats, fried fish and fresh cheeses.
