The production of the Chiara Ziliani company is one of the most representative for quality Franciacorta. Located near Provaglio d'Iseo, the winery boasts production choices capable of reflecting excellent agronomic practices and full respect for natural rhythms, obtaining quality wines thanks to low yields. Every detail is designed to find in the glass color, aromas and flavors that can authentically speak of the place.

A careful method to enhance varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, both present in the Brut , aged 24 months and a very tasty cross between white flowers and orange and pastry notes. The great creaminess in Satèn is a combination of hints of rose and vanilla, well balanced by scents of yeast and toasted notes. Elegance and finesse also in Brut Noir , a full-bodied, dense wine with great structure and characterized by 36 months of aging before releasing rigor and harmony. Franciacorta Satèn Ziliani is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Province of Brescia.

After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented to obtain the base wine. Fermentation takes place partly in steel, partly in barrique before the wine undergoes the second fermentation and remains in contact with its yeasts for at least 24 months.

Franciacorta Brut Noir Ziliani is a vintage sparkling wine produced with proprietary Pinot Noir grapes from the Provaglio d'Iseo area.

The grapes are harvested and de-stemmed before starting the first fermentation and obtaining the base wine. A second fermentation in the bottle, typical of the Classic Method, follows with aging on the lees for at least 36 months before disgorgement.
