The history of this distillery spans various historical periods and begins way back in 1608, when King James I grants the former landowner Sir Thomas Phillips his license for distillation. More than a century later, in 1784 the Old Bushmills Distillery becomes a reality: many things have changed since then, but not the quality and authenticity of the whisky.
Among the most awarded distillates in the world, with some of the best-known ambassadors of the brand: famous actors from the world of cinema, music, design and photography such as Bon Iver, Elijah Wood and Chromeo are testimonials and loyal friends of the brand, who today it stands out for its unique and unmistakable style.
Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled Aged 21 Years Bushmills
Single malt whiskey, result of a triple distillation in small copper stills and aging of 21 years, of which at least 19 in ex-Sherry Oloroso and ex-Bourbon barrels, and 2 in ex-Madeira barrels.
It has an intense golden color. The nose is pleasantly aromatic, with notes of raisins and hazelnuts, later reached by hints of caramel and dark chocolate. The taste is soft and spicy, with a long finish that ends with tones of mint and fresh licorice.

Single malt whiskey, released after aging for at least 16 years in a combination of ex-Sherry Oloroso barrels and aged barrels that previously contained Bourbon, and then passed for several months in barrels used for the ageing of Port wine.
It has a dark caramel colour with ruby nuances. The nose opens with aromatic notes, followed by hints of almond and dried fruit. It is warm and deep on the palate, with a finish characterized by aromas of honey, marzipan and dark chocolate.
