Saint-Émilion is produced by Château La Pointe Bouquey, in the prestigious Bordeaux AOC of Saint-Émilion.
The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are vinified in steel tanks. The wine obtained then ages in barrique for a few months before being bottled.
Purple-red in colour, the nose opens with a bouquet of red fruit, cassis and woody notes. The sip is full-bodied, soft and with a long finish.
Ideal in combination with stewed red meats, even game and aged cheeses.
