The Ronco Valene white wine by Sandro Fay originates in the vineyard of the same name, located at 500 meters above sea level on the hills of Valtellina, in the province of Sondrio, by the hand of the Fay family.

It consists of mostly Sauvignon Blanc, with a small addition of Incrocio Manzoni. The grapes are vinified with 24-hour cold maceration in steel tanks.
