Bolgheri Bianco di Donna Olimpia is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Maremma, between Bibbona and Castagneto, in the heart of the extraordinary area of Bolgheri, in the province of Livorno.

It is produced with Vermentino, Viognier and Petit Manseng grapes, harvested during the month of September. After pressing and decanting the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 14 months. Subsequently the wine is refined in the bottle.
