Colli Aprutini
The geographical area delimited by the Colli Aprutini IGT appellation includes a large part of the province of Teramo, a mainly hilly area that goes up to the slopes of the Gran Sasso, in the central-southern part, and of the Monti della Laga, in the northern one. The wines of the Aprutina area have historical value, praised for their quality since the time of the deeds of Hannibal and the victory of Canne, 216 BC. The grapes listed on the label next to the appellation are present for at least 85%.
