Description

The Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 12 Years Single Barrel by The Balvenie ages exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years. Each bottle of this whiskey comes from a single barrel, which in turn comes from a single distillation, making each bottle different from the others.

Straw yellow with golden reflections, The Balvenie's 12 Years Single Barrel opens to the nose with an intense and persistent aroma of oak wood and sweet spices. In the mouth it is sweet, rich and balanced, with hints of vanilla, honey and spice of long persistence.

Ideal as a meditation distillate.
