Description
Dictador 20 Anni is produced using exclusively sugar cane syrup, distilled partly in a copper alembic and partly in a continuous steel column, in order to obtain a rum with a medium body. It ages for 20 years, 70% in ex-Bourbon barrels and the remaining 30% in barrels containing Cherry or Porto.
Rum with an intense dark amber color, evokes sensations of caramel, vanilla, coffee and smoked honey on the nose, wrapped in a hint of aging oak. On the palate it is soft and round, with notes of caramel, oak and vanilla that lead to a great finish of dark chocolate and coffee with a rare consistency.
Perfect to be tasted neat.
