Blackcurrant is characterized by its intense, slightly spicy aroma and by the extremely refreshing taste characterized by the pleasant acidity of the fruit. The combination with sea buckthorn gives a pleasant sour note that characterizes this extract. Blackcurrant (Cassis) is one of the aromatic notes that distinguishes the great Cabernet Sauvignon.

From a health point of view, it is characterized by its vitamin profile (sea buckthorn is very rich as well as black currant) and by the antioxidant content (beta-carotene in sea buckthorn and anthocyanins and polyphenols in black currant).

Excellent for breakfast or for pairing with salads or meat or fish carpaccio.

It is recommended to drink in a large glass.
