Description
Yamada is a distinct expression of one of the most widespread vines in the Abruzzo region, Pecorino, whose canons and styles have been masterfully interpreted by the Zaccagnini winery.
Pecorino in purity, it is obtained from the fermentation at low temperature of only the must, obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes. Refine for a few months in the bottle.
It has a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses itself on citrus tones in which the grapefruit note stars. In the mouth it denotes freshness and persistence together with an optimal balance.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is recommended in the company of raw fish and shellfish recipes.
