Description

The Adorable wine of the L'Astemia company is made with the highest quality grapes specially selected for this wine, coming from several hilly vineyards of the Piedmontese Langa.

After a very brief maceration in contact with the skins, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine rests for a short period in steel before being bottled.

The Adorabile is characterized by a slightly deep onion skin color. The nose opens with delicate sensations of ripe fruit that recall plums and raspberries, accompanied by hints of citrus jam and flint. In the mouth it is complex and structured, with good persistence, with a slight bitter note on the finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany appetizers, cold cuts and cold cuts.
